Use of isaké web site is on condition you agree to the T&C, which from time to time are subject to change.

1 - Age Restriction. You must be aged 18 years old to purchase alcohol. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old. If you are buying the wine as a gift then the recipient must be 18 years old.

2 - When we refuse to process an order and that payment had been through the Card Processing System, we reserved the right to charge back the amount taken by the bank to authorize it.

3 - All prices stated are inclusive of VAT. 

4 - NO MINIMUM ORDER, prices of sakés are per bottle. We can mix any order of any size.

5 - All products are offered subject to availability at the time of ordering. isaké (“the Company”) reserves the right to alter prices or any specification without notice. When you order on line we will quickly confirm your order details by email.

6 - Claims for shortages/breakages need to be noted on the delivery documents and confirmed in writing 3 days of receipt of goods. All damaged goods must be returned to isaké for inspection, along with a copy of the delivery note.

7 - Price of  Delivery in the U.K mainland and France are included in the bottle price, other countries may need to add an extra, charged at cost, please enquire for a quote. Deliveries are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm by Royal Mail. We aim to deliver within 10 working days, although it will be often arrive much faster. isaké is dependant on third party suppliers for delivery on all their products and shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond their control.

8 - Title to the goods will not pass to the client until payment has been received in full by isaké.

9 - Force Majeure. The company will not be liable for failure to meet agreed obligations due to prevailing circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11 - All contracts are subject to English law and jurisdiction.
