The aim of the Saké Club is to introduce
new people to the world of saké.
We offer Lectures, as well as invitations to tasting,
to both individuals and corporate groups.
Our tasting discovery will include :
- Sake brewing techniques
- How to enjoy saké and discover its secret flavours
- Matching saké with food (easy recipes and useful tips)
- The art of cocktail with saké
At each tasting we will try six different Premium Sakés as well as exploring the concept of "Terroir", -- the importance that soil, climate, culture, rice and water play on the taste of saké.
The location for the tasting will be at Sumosan Restaurant.
